Colleen O'Reilly Colleen is a senior at Wilson College in PA. She has ridden with Kelly since we opened in 2000. She knew before
high school that she wanted to follow her dream of working with horses. She is majoring in Equine Management and Equestrain
Studies and minoring in Spanish. She works for Kelly and also another local thoroughbred farm when home from college. Colleen
trained and saved Cruz, an OTTB, who had a lot of troubles when he arrived here. Cruz goes to college with Colleen and together
they take classes for Dressage, Jumping, and Western Pleasure. Colleen has worked with the camps and lessons for years at
KSF, and she is a great role model for those who ride here who are also considering an equestrian job. Colleen is unsure what
kind of job she wants because she feels that so many wonderful opporunities all around the country and the world are
currently opening up for her. We are excited to follow her story and see where it leads, but we miss her when she is
not here.

Ellie Jansen Ellie is currently a freshman at Bridgewater College in Virginia. Ellie has also decided to pursue her
love of horses and attend an equestrian college program. Ellie has been at the farm for eight years and has always
worked hard around the farm to learn about every aspect of the business. She is also unsure of what she will pursue in the
future, but she does enjoy training horses. She has helped with Ruckus, our yearling thoroughbred on the farm, from birth
on. She has been the major training force that has taught him to crosstie, wear a saddle and girth, wear a bridle, wear leg
wraps and blankets, trailer load, walk across water, tarps, etc., and she is now riding him at the walk and trot
and will soon start cantering. She has grown so attached to him, that she took him to college with her. Ellie will
be taking lessons on school horses for her college education as well as private lessons on Ruckus at a local farm where he
boards. Ellie has also been successful at training other horses on the farm to jump humans for our jousting show and
to bow. It will also be fun to follow her adventures in the future.

Molly Burns Molly
has been here for ten years and she is currently a senior in high school. Molly is not going to pursue the equestrian
business but may look into nursing or teaching. Molly has been helping with camps, lessons, parties, and all the work around
the farm for years now, and has managed the place while I was on vacation. Everyone at the farm knows Molly and she is extremely
well liked by children and adults as well. She would make a great riding instructor one day because she is so patient and
calm with the children. Molly will most likely have horses or ride for enjoyment when she finishes with her education or maybe
even come back and teach with us some day. She is a great role model for the younger students in her handling of
the horses as well. She is always kind and gentle and has been a very soothing care giver for our extremely nervous pregnant
mare. We look forward to seeing what Molly pursues in the future. She has started her college application process, but
who knows where she will end up????

Paige and Kayla also help with lessons, parties, and summer camps. Paige is a senior in high school
and Kayla is a junior. They have both been here for several years and enjoy helping as well as learning more about working
with horses and children. Paige does plan on attending Meredith Manor in the future to pursue the horse business and Kayla
is still undecided. They both started as western riders and have changed to english because of the thrill of jumping. They
both also assist with our Jousting show every year and attend many of our trips and activities.

Rebecca and "Little" Colleen are both sophmores in high school this year. They enjoy working
at the farm and helping with lessons, camps, and parties. They also enjoy just coming and cleaning stalls and hanging out
with the horses when they are bored. They have been taking lessons here for several years and have taken part in rodeos and
our horse shows. These two enjoy riding and having fun with the horses and children on the farm, although showing may someday
become an interst, they are much more content to go for a trail ride. They are quickly become popular with many of the young
riders that they have helped teach to groom and tack, and we will also enjoy watching how their riding skills and interest
change.
